Some of my work is created as castings from moulds, from my original designs.

I always endeavour to create the piece we have discussed on time, and to the agreed budget. I will inform you of any reasons for increased costs, due, for example, to the gold prices at point of purchase being different from the estimated costs, as this is out of my control.

I will always send your goods via special delivery so that they are insured. Any problems due to size will be put right, at the basic cost of alteration and postage. Normally accurate sizing prior to making the piece will prevent this problem occurring.

If you have a large knuckle, requesting an internal bead to be soldered inside the ring shank will solve the problem of it swivelling when on the finger, as the bead grips the finger from the inside of the shank, please note this does look a little strange when the ring is off your finger, but can’t be seen once you are wearing the ring, and is a much better alternative to a ‘ring clip’.

I would appreciate time to be allowed for the production of the piece, normally 4-6 weeks for a ring, but it may be possible to create it sooner if urgently required.

My necklaces take varied amounts of time depending on how detailed they are and by their’ nature are always one-off originals.
